London’s Closing Ceremony and a recap special, according to fast affiliate ratings, raked in 26.9 million viewers during primetime. In the demo, the closing ceremony earned a 9.1 rating among adults 18-49, jumping 32 percent from initial returns at the previous Summer Games.
